I hate that I can't rant on anywhere now because everyone is on practically every available social medium.
I absolutely abhor it when anyone tries to change what I think and like.
Does it matter that I prefer paperback over hardcover anyway?
It's not a sin okay, they're all books.
And why the fuck do you claim that paperback aren't books?
Hi honey, news flash:
The definition of a book is a set of written, printed, illustrated, or blank sheets, made of ink, paper, parchment, or other materials, usually fastened together to hinge at one side.
So pray tell, darling, how is a paperback not a book?
You claim that a paperback is soft, so it's not a book.
Sure.
Okay you prefer your hardcovers while I like my paperbacks
So?
And no, I do not want to jump onto the crazy bandwagon to snatching every book of The Hunger Games trilogy up.
I bet before the movie came out most people don't even know the existence of the trilogy!
Honestly, it's so sad that good books are recognised only after adaptations of media like movies or television series.
Makes me question how many of the countless books snatched up at every available surviving bookstore will be read.
Okay I'm clearly veering off track.
Main point is, I have my personal preference, who are you to criticise it?
And worse, offer me the most preposterous suggestion that paperbacks aren't books.
Time to starting flipping your dictionary for definitions, boy.
Oh wait, it better be a HARDCOVER dictionary. Otherwise it's like you said, not a book.
Right?
I absolutely abhor it when anyone tries to change what I think and like.
