"Honestly, in this whole situation I don't think jjong really even gives a fuck: he's hanging out with his ideal girl, has had 2 years of a successful idoldom, he'd rather not do mainstream pop music, and his contract w/ sm is for only 5 years. Additionally, for the butthurt ppl bawwing about his immaturity and how he's so selfish/horny/idgaf--hello? he's not a tard--he may be cocky and childish sometimes but he's not stupid and definitely not without foresight. homeboy wouldn't be this far rn if he were any of those. again, the only decisions idols make for themselves are trivial crap.
As for the recent slew of sad!key fancams--he knows shinee's not going to last long after this stunt, too bad his contract w/ sm's for 10ish years. If shinee does phase out, onew is popular with the comedian mc's and musicals, minho's hot and becoming a fixture in random variety shows, not sure about taemin (maybe he can get acting gig? but he's young and not nearly as 'unique' image-wise as key, so he can always get 'repackaged')--so what about key? what's he gonna do after shinee? ppl can go: o well look at heechul, he's blunt and sassy like key and he's still doing shit. well, key's definitely not as extroverted as heechul, and i think sm will tolerate only one kim heechul-type."
