JC life is SO not fun.

I wonder who exactly was that idiot who told me its fun.

Life in a JC merely consists of lectures, homework, tutorials, more homework, cca and MORE homework.

Where's the fun?

Okay, so i was exaggerating a little.

i have yet to start tutorials and cca.

BUT!

1 look at the ACTUAL(not temporary) timetable scared me half to death.

the past week with the TEMPORARY timetable was hectic enough.

That's why I am blogging bout JC life NOW, despite the fact that school started 2weeks ago.

Orientation was quite fun.

I particularly enjoyed the Mass Meridian Monopoly.

MMM for short, AKA Amazing Race.

Made quite a few friends.

I get along well with most of my classmates.

CCA-wise, i selected shooting as my 1st choice.

Hopefully can get in man.

If not, it'll either be guitar or SLC.

Alright, enough of school.

I watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button with my mum today.

its really really good.

Totally worth the $9.50 i spent.

Its a slow moving type of film, really similar to 海角七号.

Some people may find it boring.

but i think its a type of film that's meant to be savoured.

If the shallow films like The Wedding Game is like cheap booze,

then Benjamin Button is like fine wine,

meant to be sipped and savoured slowly.

No offense to people who like The Wedding Game.

The end was really tragic, but apt.

It brought tears to my eyes.

Of course, there are still some bits of humor in the story.

i really like the guy who got struck by lightning 7 times.

Every time he saw Benjamin he would go, "Do you know i was struck by lightning 7 times? i was..."

Darn funny, eveytime he would have a different story of how he got struck.

repairing his roof, driving a tractor in a field, walking his dog, so on so forth.

Its a great film.

Seriously, go watch it.

If you do, don't expect it to be your typical intro-climax-resolution type of story.

Just be patient, and watch it through. :D
