heyhey!

i'm back from my hong kong trip!

okay lah.

the main reason i went there was to attend my relative's wedding.

it was boring if u ask me.

i just kept eating.

apart from the wedding,

i've been to other places.

like HK Disneyland and Ocean Park.

Japan's Disneyland was more fun.

HK's was small.

but at least i understood what they were talking about.

knowing cantonese makes communicating easier.

the parade at Disneyland was awesome.

the lighting was fantastic.

We didn't stay for the firework due to two reasons.

1. my cousin injured his neck and thus we had to leave early.

2. there will definately be a HUGE surge of ppl leaving after the fireworks and we did'nt want to be caught in the human jam.

stuff in HK are damn expensive!

be it food or clothing.

but i managed to buy something there lah.

Guys, your souvenirs are coming in the form of christmas presents.

i went there with my uncle, aunt and cousins.

i swear my cousin is most boring person on earth.

all that ever comes out of his mouth are statistics, numbers and info.

"how long...", "how tall...", "how far..."

seriously.

like when we visited the macau tower.

the floor of the macau tower was glass and all of us were talking about how cool and so on so forth.

then he came along and started talking about how thick the glass is supposed to be and how long will it need to be changed.

thank goodness he's not like that when we eat.

the last thing i need to know about is the history of wanton noodles.

he makes me wonder if all hwachong students are so boring.

we stayed in macau for 2 nights.

there's nothing much at macau.

just casinos.

but the buidings there are interesting.

my relatives are coming over to singapore to hold a wedding dinner here.

makes me wonder why do we need to go over to HK since they're coming over.

anyway, haiyan-jiejie(i have no idea how to address her, so i'll just stick to jiejie) is staying over at my place.

we came back on saturday and left for KL on sunday.

i must say that i bought more stuff in KL than in HK.

its the malaysia great sale!

caught 2 movies in KL.

Bolt and Twilight.

Bolt was super funny.

Rhino the hamster was adorable.

i laughed fron beginning till the end.

there was even a James Bond-like car chase in the beginning!

Twilight, on the other hand, was a little disapponting.

it failed to deliver as well as the book.

the beginning was a little boring and certain scenes look super sappy.

but the baseball scene was AWESOME.

that was my fav scene.

the acting was mediocre

robert pattinson was rather stiff and certain angles made him look weird.

jasper looks...... so un-jasper-like.

totally not like what i expected him to be.

the rest were okay i guess.

the actress playing alice was gorgeous.

she sounds like what alice might sound like too.
